He hired only quality subcontractors and made sure they completed each phase according to his high standards of workmanship and on time. Terry never cut corners, he stood by his work and if something wasn’t right he take responsibility to make sure it was corrected during the building process, and also promptly helped us whenever we had a question or concern afterward.
We were so pleased with our first building experience with Terry that we would not consider asking any other company to take on creating our dream home 14 years later! Again, Terry exceeded our expectations in every way and created a beautiful quality designer home. There was no challenge that Terry could not find a solution for, and yet he always was aware of budget so there were no surprises. Terry’s workmanship is unmatched, he is knowledgeable, thorough, energetic, pleasant and easy to work with, and very willing to listen to owners’ requests and suggestions throughout the building process.
