“Previous to building our house we had several informal meeting with Terry Thiessen. We found him to be genuinely concerned that he built our house to exactly meet our wants and needs.
Terry worked diligently with us to keep the house cost within our mortgage plan and was willing to make changes within the plans of the house we chose. Terry worked many hours with us before deciding on final plans.
We felt that he was a man of integrity and had our best interest in mind. During the building process Terry alerted us of any changes that needed to be made and also wanted us to make changes as we went along to best suit us. He was happy when we showed up at the house t see what progress was being made and to see if we were satisfied. It also pleased us that our contractor was involved in at least three trades of which he did the foundation, the framing, insulating and finishing work.
When we moved into our house, we were right on schedule with our original dates. We were indeed pleased with Terry’s professional work. His concern has also extended beyond the possession date and continues to this date. We highly recommend Terry Custom Homes for new home construction or renovation.
