Lombardy Condominium Rooftop Solarium to Deck Conversion
The rooftop solarium on the Lombardy Condominium was leaking, and badly in need of repair. It was decided that the solarium would be removed and replaced with a deck.
After extensive engineering was approved, careful restoration, waterproofing and rebuilding was carried out. Custom drainage solutions were put in place and an engineered railing to safety. A scaffolding cover was erected to ensure the project remained dry during construction.
